Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Healthcare Industry

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with experience in the healthcare industry to promote and sell healthcare services/products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, doctors, and healthcare institutions to promote company services/products

Generate new business opportunities through field visits and referrals

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Conduct product/service presentations and negotiations

Collect market feedback and share insights with the management team

Maintain daily visit reports and sales documentation

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery

Requirements:

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the healthcare industry

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Graduation in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)

Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license
