Job Description:

We are hiring Field Sales Executives for the Automobile / Tyre Industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, dealer management, and business development. The role involves meeting customers, expanding the dealer network, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Visit dealers, distributors, garages, fleet owners, and retailers.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Identify new market opportunities and increase product sales.

• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.

• Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up.

• Promote company products and execute sales strategies.

• Submit daily sales reports and market feedback.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, Automobile Sales, Tyre Sales, Lubricant Sales, Auto Parts, or Industrial Sales.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
