Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients in the field, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.

• Meet prospective and existing customers to present products or services.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.

• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and visit reports.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good customer relationship management skills

• Ability to work independently in field environments

• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and market analysis

• Time management and target-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or marketing.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Additional Requirements

• Valid driving license (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of MS Office
