Job Opportunity: Sales Execu􀆟ve at Nag Fastening Systems

Nag Fastening Systems is a leading distributor for a premier global solder consumables brand. Based

near the central hub of Shan􀆟 Nagar, Bangalore, we are looking for a high-energy, driven Sales

Execu􀆟ve to join our team and help us expand our B2B footprint in the electronics manufacturing

and assembly sector.

The Role

As a Sales Execu􀆟ve, you will be the face of Nag Fastening Systems. You will be responsible for

iden􀆟fying new business opportuni􀆟es, managing client rela􀆟onships, and driving the sales of highquality

soldering solu􀆟ons to industrial and corporate clients.

Key Responsibili􀆟es

 Business Development: Iden􀆟fy and reach out to poten􀆟al B2B clients within Bangalore and

surrounding industrial hubs.

 Client Mee􀆟ngs: Conduct on-site demonstra􀆟ons and technical discussions regarding our

global solder consumables.

 Rela􀆟onship Management: Maintain and nurture exis􀆟ng accounts to ensure repeat

business and high customer sa􀆟sfac􀆟on.

 Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objec􀆟ves through proac􀆟ve market

engagement.

 Repor􀆟ng: Maintain accurate records of sales ac􀆟vi􀆟es and pipeline updates.

Requirements & Qualifica􀆟ons

 Educa􀆟on: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (Gradua􀆟on completed).

 Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales. Previous experience in B2B sales is highly

preferred.

 Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Kannada is essen􀆟al for effec􀆟ve communica􀆟on

with our diverse client base.

 Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field visits.

 Tech Savvy: Ability to handle basic sales repor􀆟ng and professional email correspondence.

Compensa􀆟on & Benefits

 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Nego􀆟able based on experience, skill set, and

interview performance).

 Incen􀆟ves: Performance-linked incen􀆟ves (to be discussed during the interview).

 Loca􀆟on: Shan􀆟 Nagar, Bangalore (Field-based role).
