Key Responsibilities: 🏬 Inside Sales (MyG Nathialath G Mart) Attend and assist walk-in customers visiting the store. Explain Airtel broadband plans, offers, and installation process. Maintain good product knowledge and provide proper guidance to customers. Generate and record leads from walk-ins and pass them to the field installation/support team. Maintain store display, brochures, and promotional material related to Airtel broadband. Achieve daily and monthly in-store sales targets. 🚴♂️ Field Sales (Nearby Area) Visit residential and commercial areas around the store to promote Airtel broadband services. Conduct door-to-door campaigns, distribute leaflets, and generate new customer leads. Follow up on leads generated through the store and field activities. Ensure timely customer documentation and coordinate with the installation team for activation. Report daily sales activities to the Area Sales Manager.
