Joining as a Sales Officer, you will have opportunities for fast-track growth based on performance, with the potential to advance to the position of Officer 1 and ultimately progress to the role of Sales.

Role & RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Bank Officer, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Manage and oversee daily branch Sales.

2. Achieve sales and revenue targets by selling banking products like CASA and third-party products like insurance and mutual funds.

3. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through service and tailored solutions.

4. Acquire new customers through various channels, including cold calling, references, and market events.

5. Ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives. 

Requirements:

·         Graduate/Post graduate male/female

·       Minimum of 1 years of experience in branch banking or a related field.

·            Strong understanding of banking products and services.

·            Key skills include CASA acquisition, customer service, relationship management, and sales.

·            Ability to comply with KYC and AML guidelines.

·            Good communication skills in both English and the local language, both verbal and written.

·            Excellent lead generation and conversion skills.

·            Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings during sales calls.
