Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property site visits and presentations for prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Negotiate prices and terms to facilitate successful transactions.
Maintain relationships with clients and provide post-sale support.
Keep up to date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant sales experience is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is desirable.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
