We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to drive business growth in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry. The role involves acquiring new clients, generating leads, building customer relationships, promoting logistics solutions, and achieving assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, target-driven, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.

• Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Promote logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions.

• Conduct client meetings, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals.

• Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and payments.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

• Maintain sales records, CRM updates, and regular sales reports.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Pursuing Graduation; BBA, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.

• 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Logistics, Transportation, Courier, or related fields.

• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can also apply.

• Strong communication, negotiation, lead generation, and relationship management skills.

• Willingness to travel and work in field sales.
