About the Role

Jaypro Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in Noida Sector 63. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, meeting potential clients, explaining our construction and architectural services, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, local networking, and other sources.

• Visit potential clients and understand their construction, architecture, and design requirements.

• Explain Jaypro Infratech's services, pricing, and project offerings to prospective customers.

• Follow up with leads through phone calls and in-person meetings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Identify new business opportunities in Noida and nearby areas.

• Coordinate with the architecture, design, and construction teams for client requirements.

• Maintain daily records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.

• Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Confidence in meeting and talking with new people.

• Ability to work independently in the field.

• Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.

• Good follow-up and customer relationship skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

• Knowledge of construction, architecture, real estate, or interior design will be an advantage.

• Must be comfortable with field travel in Noida and nearby areas.
