Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented candidates for the role of Relationship Executive/Manager in Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP). The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting customers with loan products, and supporting the loan process from application to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through open market, references, and customer interactions.

• Explain Home Loan and LAP products to customers.

• Assist customers in completing loan application formalities.

• Collect and verify required documents.

• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing.

• Maintain customer relationships and provide timely updates.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Follow company policies and compliance procedures.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of banking or financial products preferred.

• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.

• Ability to build customer relationships.

• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• MBA/Finance graduates preferred but not mandatory.
