We are Looking for Collection Manager,

Manage and monitor delinquent loan accounts and recovery portfolios
Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to minimize NPAs
Lead and supervise field collection executives and agencies
Follow up with customers through calls, visits, and legal notices
Coordinate with legal teams for recovery through legal channels (SARFAESI, arbitration, etc.)
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (RBI norms)
Negotiate settlements and repayment plans with customers
Prepare and review MIS reports on recovery performance
Identify high-risk accounts and take proactive recovery actions
Handle escalations and resolve customer disputes professionally
