Job Description – Field Sales Executive
Company: GreenPay Technologies Private Limited
Established: December 2017
Banking Sales Support: PNB, UCO Bank & IndusInd Bank
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily visits to allotted bank branches.
- Coordinate with Branch Managers and Circle Teams.
- Generate merchant leads and contact merchants.
- Collect documents, complete applications and obtain bank stamps.
- Submit PDF files to the Login Team and follow up until successful installation.
- Build strong relationships with bank officials for regular business leads.
Salary & Incentives:
- 15 Successful Installations: ₹15,000 In-Hand
- Below Target: ₹900 per installation
- Above 15 Installations: ₹1,000 extra per additional installation
- Salary Credit: Every month on the 10th
Important: This is a 100% field job. Daily branch visits, regular reporting and target achievement are mandatory. Initial 2–3 months require consistent effort and relationship building.
