🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Home Loan Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and expand our home loan business. The role involves fieldwork, meeting potential customers, and guiding them through the loan process.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers for home loan products through field visits
Generate leads through open market, references, and local networks
Meet prospective clients and understand their financial requirements
Explain home loan products, eligibility, and benefits clearly
Assist customers with documentation and application process
Coordinate with internal teams and banks/NBFCs for loan processing
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure business growth
Provide regular updates and reports (daily/weekly MIS)
🔹 Key Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Ability to work in field and meet customers regularly
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic understanding of home loans and financial products
Local market knowledge
🔹 Experience & Qualification
Graduate (any stream)
1–4 years of experience in field sales / BFSI / home loans preferred
Freshers with strong sales interest can also apply
