We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls for Metal Mandi. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining products and services, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain Metal Mandi’s products and services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls
Share product details, pricing, availability, and order-related information
Maintain accurate customer records and update daily call and lead reports
Coordinate with the field sales team for follow-ups and deal closures
Ensure timely follow-up with interested customers to improve conversion rates
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory; basic English preferred)
Ability to persuade and confidently handle customer conversations
Basic knowledge of telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales (preferred)
Good follow-up, documentation, and record-keeping skills
Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
