Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition

• Acquire new customers from areas near the branch

• Use data collection, referrals, and personal contacts to find potential clients

• Approach and convert prospects to grow the customer base

2. Product Sales & Financial Advisory

• Sell and advise customers on financial products such as:

  • Mutual Funds

  • Corporate Fixed Deposits

  • Term, Health & Life Insurance

• Suggest suitable products based on customer needs and financial goals

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

• Provide good post-sales service and portfolio guidance

• Keep customers informed about new products and market updates

4. Referrals & Network Building

• Generate leads through referrals from existing customers

• Expand the customer network through strong relationships

5. Ethical Sales Practices

• Ensure all product recommendations match customer needs

• Follow ethical sales practices

• Avoid mis-selling to protect customer trust and company reputation
