Job Description

Identify and connect with potential B2B buyers (retailers, wholesalers, corporate buyers, interior designers, bulk purchasers, etc.)
Generate and onboard relevant business visitors for exhibitions and events
Build a strong pipeline of decision-makers and purchasing clients
Pitch exhibitions as a platform for business growth and networking
Ensure quality footfall by bringing in clients who can convert into business for exhibitors
Coordinate meetings/interactions between exhibitors and potential buyers during events
Work closely with exhibitors to understand their target audience and align buyer sourcing
Drive engagement and sales support at Mahalaxmi Saras by connecting artisans with serious buyers
Maintain database of buyers and nurture them for repeat participation across events

Achieve targets based on buyer acquisition and conversion quality
