generation, market expansion, and customer acquisition. The Sales Executive will
play a frontline role in driving new business opportunities, strengthening client
relationships, and consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Provide feedback from customers to management for product improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to improve skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a sales representative or relevant role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
