Job Description

Field Sales Executive (Male)

Company: Aadhya Ventureprise

Location: KHB Main Road, Manorayanapalya, RT Nagar, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers and generate sales enquiries.

Meet existing customers and develop new customers.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the office for quotations.

Prepare and share offers with customers.

Negotiate with customers and close sales.

Follow up on enquiries and maintain customer relationships.

Achieve sales targets after the training period.

Eligibility

Experience: 2–3 years in HVAC or industrial sales (Retail/Showroom sales experience is not preferred).

Gender: Male

Age: 25–40 years

Must know Bengaluru routes and local areas.

Two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory.

Good sales attitude and willingness to travel.

Languages Required

Mandatory: English and Hindi

Preferred: Kannada and Telugu

Training

Product and technical sales training will be provided by the company.

Sales targets will be assigned after 3 months of training.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

Fuel reimbursement provided.

Working Hours

Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Week Off: Sunday
