Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive who can generate leads, meet clients, and drive business growth through direct field sales activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Visit clients, businesses, and potential leads in the assigned area
• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with prospects and maintain sales records
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Requirements:
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of sales and client handling
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Prior field sales experience will be an added advantage
