Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive

business growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships

with existing clients. The role involves extensive field visits, identifying business

opportunities, promoting the company's logistics and supply chain solutions,

achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate

should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management

skills with a passion for field sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities through field visits,

networking, referrals, and market research.

- Generate qualified leads and convert prospective clients into long-term business

partners.

- Promote the company's logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions to

potential customers.

- Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements and

recommend suitable logistics solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer

satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the management.

- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and

commercial offers.

- Negotiate commercial terms, finalize contracts, and successfully close sales

opportunities.

- Follow up on quotations, customer inquiries, pending orders, and payment

collections to maximize business conversion.

- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure smooth

order execution, timely dispatch, and efficient service delivery.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing

strategies to identify new business opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, visit reports,

pipelines, and CRM updates.

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives to

enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

- Ensure high levels of professionalism, customer satisfaction, and adherence to

company policies during all client interactions.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline or Pursuing Graduate.

BBA / Logistics / Supply Chain Management preferred.

Experience

- 1–2 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in Logistics, Transportation,

Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, Courier, or related industries.

- Fresher’s with excellent communication and a willingness to work in field sales may

also be considered.
