Field Sales Executive – Job Description
🔹 Role Overview
A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads and convert in e-rickshaw onboarding, meeting potential driver, partners and parking owners on ground, and driving sales growth through direct interactions.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers, dealers, or partners in assigned areas
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
Explain products/services (e-rickshaw battery swaping) clearly to clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the field
Maintain pipeline
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, onboarding, support)
Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations
🧠 Skills Required
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good knowledge of local market/geography
Sales and negotiation ability
Basic understanding of EV industry (preferred battery swiping industry)
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Own Bike and Smartphone
🎓 Qualification
Minimum: 12th pass or Graduate (preferred)
Experience: 0–1 years in field sales / direct sales.
