Job Description:

Functional responsibilities: -

 Prospect and generate new leads, as well as catering and cracking the leads given

 Developing and maintaining relationship with Painting Contractors

 Explain about Berger products to potential customers/contractors and convince them to purchase Berger

 Organize promotional event and/or give presentation about various rewards/benefits

to contractors

Education Qualification: - Graduates preferred.

Experience/Knowledge/Skill requirement/Tools requirement: -

 Freshers can apply

 Sales and promotion knowledge, marketing know-how

 Interpersonal skill, Convincing Skill, Communication skill

 Hands-on knowledge about Mobile Apps & Online platforms like PayTM, GPay,

PhonePe

 Preference for candidates from: -

o Paints & Building Material - Allied industries like: Asian Paints, Kansai

Nerolac, Akzo, Dulux, Cement, Electrical, Pipe, Hardware

o BFSI/Eductech/Insurance -

 Ready to travel and having two-wheeler is mandatory (Driving License is must)
