Job Title: Field Sales Executive / Sales Officer (Berger Paints)
Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence by visiting dealers and distributors, introducing product catalogues, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily field visits to existing and new dealers, distributors, and hardware stores.
Present product catalogues, explain paint features, pricing, and promotional schemes to dealers.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with channel partners.
Generate new leads and collect regular sales orders to achieve monthly targets.
Coordinate stock delivery and payment follow-ups with distributors.
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed In-hand Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience)
TA / DA (Travel & Daily Allowance): Up to ₹5,000 per month
Incentive: Performance-based incentives up to ₹10,000 per month
