About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive business growth in the scaffolding and construction equipment segment. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and promoting construction equipment solutions to contractors, builders, and infrastructure companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and construction companies.

• Conduct regular site visits to understand client requirements and recommend suitable scaffolding and construction equipment solutions.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.

• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely product delivery and support.

• Monitor ongoing projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain daily sales reports, client records, and market feedback.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and safety regulations.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0–2 years of experience in field sales/business development.

• Experience in construction equipment, scaffolding, or industrial sales will be an added advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage field activities efficiently.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Pune and nearby regions.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
