Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, promoting our services, and expanding our customer base within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit hospitals and nursing homes to manage the distribution of FC Gift Boxes.

- Acquire new customers daily through promotional and marketing activities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital and nursing staff.

- Conduct regular meetings with key decision-makers (MD, MS, Nursing Superintendent, CEO, or Hospital Owner).

- Identify maternity hospitals and onboard them into company operations.

- Make the required number of daily calls to prospective customers (target: 12 key hospitals per day in the base town).

- Participate in promotional and worksite activities to enhance visibility.

- Visit assigned outer-city locations as needed.

- Contribute to team goals and maintain quality service in line with company standards.

- Develop and implement strategies to maintain customer relationships and expand the customer base.

Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience (freshers can apply).

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
