We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our insurance brokerage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, offering suitable insurance solutions, and maintaining long-term customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (life, health, motor, property, commercial, etc.)

Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and pricing clearly to clients

Prepare and present quotations and proposals

Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Assist clients with policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities

Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Stay updated on insurance products and market trends
