About the Role

BeforeU Care is looking for energetic, target-driven Sales Executives who can actively build business across Pune.

This is a hands-on sales role involving prospecting, field visits, meetings, presentations, follow-ups and closures. The executive will be responsible for generating new business across individual memberships, residential society partnerships/AMCs and corporate opportunities.

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, opening new doors and converting opportunities into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads independently through field visits, calling, networking, referrals and local prospecting.

- Sell BeforeU Care individual and family membership plans.

- Identify and approach residential societies for society AMC and service partnerships.

- Identify relevant corporate prospects and generate meetings for corporate programs and partnerships.

- Meet society committee members, facility managers, HR/Admin teams and other decision-makers.

- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations and customer meetings.

- Maintain a disciplined pipeline of prospects, meetings, proposals and follow-ups.

- Follow up consistently until opportunities are closed or conclusively qualified.

- Participate in society events, promotional activities and local activation campaigns.

- Develop referral relationships and local business partnerships.

- Maintain accurate daily sales activity and customer records.

- Achieve defined monthly activity, conversion and revenue targets.

What We Are Looking For

- 1–5 years of experience in field sales, business development or direct sales preferred.

- Experience in residential societies, facility management, home services, healthcare, insurance, real estate, telecom or other service businesses will be an advantage.

- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable approaching new customers and decision-makers independently.

- Willingness to travel locally across Pune for meetings and prospecting.

- Strong follow-up discipline and ownership mentality.

- Self-driven, energetic and target-oriented.

- Ability to build relationships rather than simply make one-time sales.

Educational qualification is secondary to sales ability, attitude and execution.

Performance Will Be Measured On

- Qualified meetings conducted.

- Individual/family memberships sold.

- Society opportunities generated and converted.

- Corporate opportunities generated and converted.

- Sales conversion ratio.

- Monthly revenue generated.

- Pipeline value and quality.

- Follow-up discipline and CRM/data hygiene.
