We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at BeforeU Care Private Limited (beforeu Care Private Limited). The role is to drive membership sales, society AMC contracts, and corporate partnerships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build long-term relationships. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹35000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads for individual and family memberships.
Promote society AMC plans and corporate wellness programs.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Build relationships with residential societies, corporates, and referral partners.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain customer records and follow-up activities.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–3 years of sales or business development experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented.
Success Metrics
Membership sales achieved.
