Sales Field Executive (Batom Fruit & Vegetable Company)

A Sales Field Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s fruits and vegetables directly in the market by visiting customers and generating orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops, vendors, hotels, and restaurants to sell products

• Identify and acquire new customers

• Maintain relationships with existing clients

• Take daily orders and report them to the company

• Monitor market trends, prices, and competitors

• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections

Nature of Work:

• Field-based job (mostly outdoor work)

• Requires traveling daily within assigned areas

• May involve early working hours due to the nature of fresh produce

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic negotiation and selling skills

• Ability to understand market demand

• Basic calculation and record-keeping skills

• Energetic and hardworking attitude

Qualification:

• Minimum 10th or 12th pass (Graduation preferred)

• Prior sales experience is a plus, but freshers can apply
