Job Description – Sales Executive (Delhi)

Role Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding EverBond Paints' dealer network, generating sales, ensuring timely collections, and promoting the company's products in the assigned territory. The role requires regular market visits, dealer engagement, and coordination with the sales and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities
Appoint new paint dealers, hardware dealers, and building material retailers in the assigned area.
Achieve monthly sales targets and market coverage objectives.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from dealers.
Conduct regular dealer visits and maintain strong business relationships.
Promote EverBond products through painter meets, dealer activities, and local branding initiatives.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Resolve dealer and customer complaints in coordination with the company team.
Submit daily visit reports, order updates, and collection status reports.
Coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–5 years of sales experience in paints, building materials, FMCG, or related industries.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Knowledge of the Delhi NCR market will be an added advantage.
