Job Description – Field Service Executive

Industry: Fintech | Broadband | Personal Loan (PL) | Banking | Telecom

We are hiring Field Service Executives in Pune. Candidates with experience in Fintech, Broadband, Telecom, Personal Loan, Banking, NBFC or Field Sales can apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct 20–25 daily field visits as per assigned pincodes.

• Handle merchant visits, customer interactions and service-related activities.

• Perform Soundbox installation, deinstallation, replacement and servicing.

• Handle broadband installation, service and customer support activities wherever assigned.

• Support personal loan customer acquisition, document collection and field verification wherever assigned.

• Reactivate inactive merchants and customers through regular follow-ups.

• Resolve basic customer and service-related queries.

• Complete daily assigned activities and update visit reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 18–34 years.

• Experienced candidates from Fintech, Broadband, Telecom, Personal Loan, Banking or NBFC backgrounds can apply.

• Minimum qualification for experienced candidates: 12th Pass.

• Freshers: Graduation mandatory.

• Own two-wheeler is mandatory.

• Comfortable travelling 35–50 KM one-way daily.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Minimum credit score: 700+, as per company policy.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month.

• Petrol Allowance: ₹1,800 per month.
