Job Summary:

The Lifestyle Finance Executive will be responsible for assisting customers at assigned partner retail showrooms (electronics, furniture, mobile, appliances, etc.) by offering Bajaj Finserv finance and EMI solutions. The role involves customer interaction, loan processing, and ensuring a smooth financing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at assigned partner showrooms with EMI and finance options

• Explain Bajaj Finserv finance plans, benefits, and eligibility criteria

• Support customers in completing finance applications and documentation

• Verify customer details and ensure accurate data entry

• Coordinate with showroom partners to generate finance leads

• Achieve daily and monthly login and conversion targets

• Handle customer queries and provide proper resolution

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Graduate preferred)

• Fresher to 1 year of experience in Sales, Finance, or Customer Service

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge required

• Strong customer handling and convincing skills
