We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage loan processing, dealer relationships, customer documentation and field visits. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through dealer networks and ensuring smooth loan processing from application to disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer loan applications accurately and efficiently.
Collect and verify customer KYC and required loan documents.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retail partners.
Regularly visit mapped dealers and generate business opportunities.
Explain loan products, EMI options and schemes to dealers and customers.
Follow up with dealers and customers for pending documents and cases.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Resolve dealer/customer queries and provide timely support.
Maintain regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure quality of cases and minimize documentation/process errors.
