Job Title: CASA Relationship Officer / CASA Executive
Department: CASA (Retail Banking)
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers.
Generate leads through:
Cold calling
Field visits
Referrals and networking
Maintain relationships with existing customers to increase account balances.
Promote banking products such as:
Debit cards
Net banking
Fixed deposits
Insurance / cross-sell products
Ensure activation of accounts and regular transactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA targets.
Conduct market mapping and identify potential business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with KYC norms and bank policies.
