JOB DESCRIPTION

Field Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Visit retail shops, dealers, and existing customers regularly to generate sales.

- Develop new customers and expand the company's distribution network.

- Take orders from retailers and ensure timely order placement and follow-up.

- Promote company products, schemes, offers, and new product launches.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase product availability in the assigned territory.

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the office for collection.

- Ensure effective implementation of company schemes and promotional activities.

- Submit daily visit reports, sales updates, and market feedback to the management.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.

- Experience in field sales, FMCG, distribution, or retail sales will be preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

- Must be willing to travel within the assigned market.

- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
