We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team at KMA Global Properties Pvt. Ltd. The role requires candidates who are skilled in field sales, customer relationship management, lead generation, and follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, conducting client meetings and site visits, and maximizing sales opportunities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and property site visits.

• Generate and follow up on leads through field activities and networking.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Understand customer requirements and explain property projects professionally.

• Develop effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and deal closure.

• Maintain customer records, CRM updates, and daily activity reports.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and field activity targets.

• Provide regular performance updates and market feedback to management.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation, with 2+ years of experience in Field Sales, Real Estate, Banking, Finance, Home Loans, or Insurance. Candidates should have strong communication, negotiation, customer handling, and relationship-building skills. A target-oriented and proactive approach is essential.

Own Two-Wheeler and Valid Driving License are mandatory. Candidates should be comfortable with field work and local travel.
