Job Description

We are hiring Field Sales Officers for Hinduja Housing Finance. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads and sourcing customers for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) through field visits, market activities and customer references.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals and local market activities.

• Meet prospective customers and explain Home Loan & LAP products.

• Identify potential customers and understand their loan requirements.

• Build relationships with customers, builders, dealers, connectors and other sourcing partners.

• Collect KYC and required loan documents from customers.

• Coordinate with the internal team for application processing and loan approval.

• Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.

• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

• Maintain daily field visit, lead and sales reports.

• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the assigned local market.

Eligibility

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: Freshers and candidates with relevant field sales experience can apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

• Bike and valid Driving Licence mandatory.

• Good knowledge of the local area.

• Comfortable with field work and target-based sales.
