Core Field Responsibilities
· Conduct regular site visits to properties and Client’s office locations
· Visit client offices for documentation, discussion, and deal coordination
· Visit banks and financial institutions for loan documentation, verification, and follow-ups
· Handle document collection, submission, and delivery to clients, banks, and authorities
· Assist clients during property registration, agreement signing, and transaction processes
· Coordinate with colleague / authorities for approvals, NOCs, and compliance-related work
· Track and report field activities and status updates to management
· Ensure timely completion of field assignments and documentation processes
Administrative Responsibilities
· Manage office administration and daily operations
· Maintain and organize property files, contracts, and client records
· Prepare basic documents such as listings, agreements, invoices, and reports
· Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and meetings
· Support real estate clients with administrative tasks and follow-ups
· Maintain databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets
· Liaise with banks, developers, and service providers as required
· Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
· Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
