Job Summary:
Bhanu Urja Solar Green Energy is hiring a motivated and hardworking Field Engineer Executive for Solar EPC installation projects. We welcome 12th-pass candidates with ITI/Diploma in Electrical or freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in the solar installation field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installation of solar panels, inverters, structure mounting, wiring, and earthing work.

• Support site survey and basic load assessment under supervision.

• Ensure proper cable routing, MC4 connections, and safety compliance.

• Coordinate with the technical and project team for smooth execution.

• Perform basic testing and commissioning support.

• Maintain site documentation and report daily progress.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (ITI/Diploma in Electrical preferred)

• Fresher or 0–2 years experience in electrical/solar installation

• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and safety practices

• Willingness to travel for site work

• Physically fit for field work and rooftop installation

• Positive attitude and readiness to learn
