Metal Mandi is an initiative of Attero and operates as a B2B digital marketplace connecting scrap sellers and buyers. The platform ensures transparent pricing, efficient transactions, and better value realization for scrap dealers and suppliers.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to drive business growth in the scrap and old electronics market. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, dealer connections, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
This is a completely field-based role requiring daily market visits and direct interaction with scrap dealers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard scrap dealers, aggregators, and suppliers onto the Metal Mandi platform.
Conduct daily field visits across scrap markets in Hyderabad.
Build and maintain strong relationships with scrap dealers, especially in old electronics/e-waste segments.
Explain Metal Mandi’s pricing model, value proposition, and transaction process.
Negotiate rates and close deals within company guidelines.
Track market prices of old electronics and scrap materials.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and QC teams for smooth transactions.
Ensure supplier documentation and KYC compliance.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular reporting of sales activities and market insights.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th.
1–4 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, scrap, metal, or e-waste industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of scrap markets in Hyderabad.
Understanding of old electronics scrap pricing and dealer network.
Comfortable with shop-to-shop visits and daily fieldwork.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven mindset with high ownership and accountability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has experience working with scrap dealers or traders.
Familiar with old electronics and metal scrap market trends.
Has vendor connections in Hyderabad scrap markets.
Comfortable working in unorganized markets and achieving targets.
