Job Description – Field Executive

Position: Field Executive
Location: Field / Project Sites

About the Role

We are looking for a Field Executive to support our project and site operations. This is a field-based position and not an office job. The candidate will be required to regularly travel to project sites and client locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide day-to-day support to the project/site team.

2. Submit company invoices, bills and other documents to clients.

3. Collect signed/received copies of documents and submit them to the office.

4. Visit project sites and client locations as required by management.

5. Support the project/site team in completing assigned field tasks on time.

6. Coordinate with clients, contractors and site personnel whenever required.

7. Maintain proper records of field visits, document submissions and assigned activities.

8. Perform other field-related duties assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Bike/Scooty is mandatory.

• Must be comfortable with regular field travel.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Responsible, punctual and hardworking.

• Ability to interact professionally with clients and site personnel.

• Basic knowledge of mobile applications and MS Office is preferred.

• Previous experience in construction, engineering, project work or building maintenance will be an advantage.

Important Note

This is a FIELD JOB, not an office-based job.

The candidate will be required to travel regularly to project sites and client locations.

Own Bike/Scooty and a valid driving licence are mandatory.

• It is a Full Time ఫీల్డ్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
