Job Summary:
The Field Collection & Recovery Executive is responsible for managing overdue loan accounts by visiting customers, negotiating repayments, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues. Key Responsibilities:
Visit delinquent customers (allocated cases) to collect overdue payments.
Negotiate and structure repayment plans based on customer financial situations.
Ensure timely recovery of dues
Maintain accurate records of visits, customer interactions, and collections.
Coordinate with internal teams for legal escalation, repossession, or settlement cases.
Handle customer queries and disputes with professionalism and empathy.
Meet monthly recovery targets and performance benchmarks.
