We are looking for a Sr. Relationship Manager to join our team at Corporate Recruiters.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
Acquire new customers through networking, referrals, and sales activities
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products/services
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
Achieve sales and revenue targets
Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups
Maintain customer records and reports in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
