Job Title: Field Collection Executive (DRA / Non- DRA Certified)
Job Summary:
We are hiring Field Collection Executives to manage delinquent and pre-delinquent customer accounts. The role involves visiting customers, collecting overdue payments, negotiating repayment commitments, updating CRM records, and achieving recovery targets while following compliance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers for payment collection and recovery.
Negotiate repayment commitments and resolve customer queries.
Update collection activities in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly recovery targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Requirements:
DRA Certification is mandatory.
Experience in field collections, tele-collections, or BFSI collections preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to work in the field.
CTC: ₹2.0 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA
Location: Nagpur (All Locations)
