Job Title: Development Manager – Agency Channel (Life Insurance)

Location: Nagpur

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Development Manager to join our Agency Channel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing Life Insurance Advisors while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors.

- Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve business targets.

- Generate new business through the agency channel.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.

- Monitor team performance and ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.

- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services (preferred)

- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Goal-oriented with a passion for team building and sales
