About us: website.https://www.fr8.inKey Responsibilities:- Source, attract, and hire topResponsibilities Of Candidates Include:* Onboard New Leads/Customers And Educate Them About The Product/Service.* Analyzing Of Customer and Registering In The App.* Follow-Up With Customers To Maintain Relationships And Encourage Repeat Business And Referrals.* Will Have To Work With Senior Officials To Know The Targets And Follow Up With The Team Members.* Foster strong relationships with customers to secure consistent loads.* Collaborate with internal teams and transporters to secure loads.* Work closely with senior officials to understand targets and follow up with team members.* Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Requirements:- Excellent negotiation and communication skills- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills*Salary Details :-* On first onboarding 10,000 After which you will work on incentive basis.The Incentives will be as follows: Placing Vehicle Types.per order - 3000-/-
