About the Project

Suma Blessings Foundation, in collaboration with Yonex India CSR under the Sunrise Project, is offering two completely free skill development courses for youth

Badminton Stringing Course
Sales & Marketing Course

The training is provided free of cost, and successful candidates will receive job placement support upon course completion.

Role: Community Mobilizer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Part-Time Community Mobilizer to create awareness about these free training opportunities and encourage eligible youth to enroll.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct community outreach and awareness activities.
Inform youth, parents, schools, and community members about the free training programs.
Mobilize and register interested candidates for the courses.
Build relationships with local community leaders, schools, and youth groups.
Assist in organizing orientation sessions, meetings, and promotional events.
Maintain records of outreach activities and participant registrations.
Coordinate with the project team to achieve enrollment targets.
