Position: Business Development Officer (BDO)

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for FD, MIS, Daily Deposit, RD, Savings & Current Accounts
- Achieve assigned deposit mobilization targets
- Conduct field visits, door-to-door, and local area marketing
- Generate leads through referrals and walk-ins
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Assist customers in account opening and documentation
- Ensure KYC & compliance as per bank norms
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth service
- Submit daily/weekly business reports
