𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Business Development Officer / Senior BDO to accelerate sales growth by acquiring new clients, engaging with project sites, and building strong relationships with architects, developers, and key influencers within the construction ecosystem.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Drive revenue growth through active business development and sales initiatives
Identify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and conducting primary market research
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals
Achieve monthly sales targets and manage receivables effectively
Generate business through specifications with architects, developers, consultants, and influencers
Conduct regular site visits and coordinate on-site activities
Maintain accurate MIS, sales forecasts, and timely reporting
𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or Diploma holders
MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage
1–4 years of experience in field sales or site sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Quick learner with a solution-oriented approach
Effective marketing and negotiation skills
Good organizational skills and project coordination capability
𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Two-wheeler is mandatory
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
