Job Summary:
A pharma MM is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to pharmacists. The role involves building strong relationships with medical professionals, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote pharmaceutical products to pharmacies.
Explain product benefits, dosage, and usage to healthcare professionals.
Schedule and conduct regular visits to pharmacists.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Organise medical camps, product presentations, and promotional activities.
Provide product samples and marketing materials.
Monitor competitor products and market trends.
Maintain daily end-to-end reports and submit sales reports to the area manager.
Note: MM will be responsible for generating sales and delivering the product.
Required Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good sales and negotiation skills and ready to do delivery also
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology
Time management and planning skills
Fieldwork and travel readiness
